These days most people associate naughty uniformed schoolgirls with Japanese anime, but let’s go back to the early 1940’s where Cambridge born illustrator, Ronald Searle took a simple, hilarious concept and “…crystalized  a demented joke to such a degree that it actually became accepted into English mythology,” quote Kaye Webb (aka, Mrs. Ronald Searle.) Published byPenguin Books in 1959, “The St. Trinian’s Story” contains the whole ghastly dossier, and below are just a handful of the best, most outrageously violent, Charles Addams-esque moments as the girls go wild!
